A massive amount of work and planning has been taking place for the January maintenance month since my last mail back in October so thought I would try my best to keep everyone informed on progress.
It's been a challenging time for the committee, getting quotes, availability issues, the list goes on. I would like to thank all involved.
There are cross overs within the worklist whereby CCC are liable for the bill in many areas which will be an ongoing negotiation, however we simply cannot wait for them so need to press on and send the bill as it seems the easiest way for both parties.
The response has been brilliant, which is really encouraging. If you would like to make a monetary donation to the project, which may need to be phased over the next year, please email the Treasurer, Martin Wood, at treasurer@nqyc.club for the Club’s bank details and payment instructions.
Martin can also be contacted on (mobile) 07908 797770. We are able to reclaim Gift Aid at 25% on any donations received, so Martin will ask you to complete a Gift Aid Declaration to allow us to reclaim this money. As above, confidentiality and anonymity will be respected if you should wish.
Please see the wish list below, it’s not in order of priority in anyway. We have another meeting on the 9th December to finalise the budget and prioritise.
